I would like to thank all of the wonderful people and companies that have helped make this experience possible. Participating in this program would not be possible without YOUR support.

My Mom

Picture
Ripon, Wisconsin

My mother is my #1 supporter. She has always stood behind everything that I do, and she encourages me to keep pursuing my dreams. She always encourages me that everything will work out (the finances, the timing, all of the above). We talk almost daily. Her support is a major source of my inspiration! My mom is the most selfless person I know.

Professor Robert Tranquillo

Minneapolis, MN

Professor Tranquillo is the Biomedical Engineering Department Head at the University of Minnesota and is currently my professor for Biomedical Transport Processes. He has aided Daisha Jensen (another participant) and I in securing a significant amount of funding from a couple local companies.

I can tell that Professor Tranquillo truly cares about the success of his students. On the first day of class this semester he already knew most of our names. He has also shared with us a bit about himself including that he attends Bethlehem Baptist Church. I had been wanting to attend that church for quite some time. Hearing the name pop up again led me to attend Bethlehem, and I am loving it! Tranquillo has been a great role model for me.

She has decided to make a financial contribution to my cause to show her support.
